  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Directions

    Beat eggs well.

    Add milk and flour.

    Add nutmeg with sugar. Pour into bowl with eggs and sugar.

    Pour into unbaked pie shell. Dot the top with butter.

    Bake at 300° for about 1 hour; then turn to 200° and bake until crust is brown and pie is set.
