- 1 c. sugar
- 1/3 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 c. scalding hot milk
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Beat eggs lightly.

2Beat in sugar, salt, nutmeg, flour, vanilla and milk.

3Pour into unbaked pie crust.

4Bake at 450° for 15 minutes.

5Reduce heat to 350° and cook about 25 minutes.
