- 1/2 stick butter
- 3/4 c. sugar
- pinch of salt
- 4 eggs
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 2 c. warm milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- nutmeg
Directions

1Mix butter, sugar and salt in mixer or by hand.

2Add eggs, one at a time, then stir in Eagle Brand milk.

3Stir the rest of ingredients but do not heat.

4Pour mixture into suitable size dish.

5Sprinkle with nutmeg.

6Bake at 400° for 10 minutes.

7Reduce heat and bake for about 25 minutes at 325°.

8Remove from oven while still shimmery in center.
