  • 1 tall can evaporated milk
  • 1 c. cold water
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Beat eggs and sugar with a whisk (or by mixer) until sugar is dissolved; add water, milk, salt and vanilla.

    Place in dish, then bake 30 to 45 minutes at 300° in pan containing 1-inch water.
