  • 1 c. and 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/3 c. self rising flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 6 Tbsp. margarine
  • 2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
  • nutmeg
  • 2 unbaked pie shells

Directions

    Mix sugar, flour and eggs well.

    Add milk and margarine.

    Mix well with mixer.

    Pour into pie shells.

    Sprinkle with a little nutmeg.

    Bake on lower rack at 350° until brown on top, about 45 minutes.
