  • 1 c. sugar
  • 5 tsp. flour (heaping)
  • 1 c. milk
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix flour and sugar together. Beat eggs in milk and cook all until thick.

    Pour in a baked pie shell.

    Beat egg whites and put on top. Brown in oven at 350°.
