  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/2 lb. cheese spread, cubed (Velveeta)
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 3 c. chopped, cooked potatoes
  • 3/4 c. chopped ham
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Directions

    Saute green pepper and onion in margarine.

    Add cheese spread and milk; stir until melted.

    Add remaining ingredients.
