- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. milk, scalded
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Directions

1Beat the eggs slightly and combine with sugar, salt, nutmeg and vanilla.

2Slowly add scalded milk; mix well.

3Pour in pie shell.

4Bake at 450° for 10 minutes.

5Reduce heat to 350° and bake 25 minutes.
