  • 1 c. cracker crumbs (25 little crackers)
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 2/3 c. chopped Longhorn cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Butter a 2-quart casserole dish.

    Mix all ingredients, except 1/2 cup cracker crumbs.
