- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- nutmeg
Directions

1Beat eggs slightly; add sugar and salt.

2Add milk and vanilla. Mix well.

3Pour into 9-inch unbaked pie shell (chilled). Sprinkle with nutmeg.

4Bake in 425° oven for 15 minutes; reduce heat to 350°, baking until knife comes out clean from center of pie, about 20 or 25 minutes.
