  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. plain flour (heaped)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. milk, if using fruit
  • fruit (blackberries, cherries or strawberries)
  • unbaked pie shell

Directions

    Mix together all ingredients except fruit and pie shell.

    Put fruit in unbaked pie shell.

    Pour mixture over fruit and bake at 300° to 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
