- 6 c. chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch and cold water
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 eggs, beaten slightly
- 2 green onions, chopped (including tops)
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
Directions

1Heat broth to boiling.

2Blend cornstarch and water to make smooth paste.

3Stir in soy sauce and sugar.

4Slowly stir into broth.

5Bring to boil and simmer until clear, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.

6Slowly add eggs, stirring until eggs shred. Add green onions and serve immediately.
