- 1 c. chicken broth plus 2 c. water or 4 c. homemade chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp. green onion, minced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 thin slice ginger root
- 1/2 tsp. sherry
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Beat eggs along with sherry.

2Place in saucepan the chicken broth plus water, salt and ginger slice.

3Bring to boil and remove ginger slice.

4Pour beaten eggs/sherry in thin stream into boiling soup while stirring.

5Remove from heat immediately.

6Garnish with green onion.

7Serve hot.
