- 4 cups low sodium chicken broth (use a good quality stock)
- 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 cup cooked chicken breast, chopped
- 1/2 cup green peas (baby peas are nice)
- 1/4 cup green onion, thinly sliced
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
Directions

1In saucepan, bring chicken stock and soy sauce to a boil. Add chicken, peas and green onion; bring to a boil again.

2Remove from heat; drizzle in egg in slow steady stream. Let sit for 1 minute for egg to set.
