- 2 c. grated sharp cheese
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1 c. half and half
- 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
- 2 Tbsp. mustard
- 12 eggs
- 1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
Directions

1Whip eggs lightly.

2Dot pan with margarine.

3Sprinkle cheese on bottom.

4Add bacon.

5Combine salt and pepper, mustard and half and half.

6Pour half of this mixture over cheese.

7Add eggs.

8Add remaining mixture of half and half and spices.

9Bake about 350 degrees until set, about 40 minutes.
