- 1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts
- 1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 c. fowl or seafood
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 c. diced onion
- 1/4 c. diced celery and/or bean sprouts
- 1 tsp. Accent
Directions

1Add vegetables, meat and seasonings to eggs.

2Pour into a well oiled skillet in a thin layer.

3Cook over medium heat until brown on bottom.

4Remove to broiler and brown top.

5Transfer to hot serving dish and pour sauce over the top.
