Ingredients

  • 6 medium mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped

  • 12 cup cooked meat or 12 cup cooked poultry or 12 cup cooked seafood, chopped
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 pinch dried ginger
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 14 cup water
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce

    Mix all the ingredients together (not the sauce ingredients), blend well, put aside.

    Mix the sauce ingredients in a saucepan.

    Cook stirring constantly until clear.

    Keep warm.
