- 1 c. water
- 4 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon granules
- 8 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 8 medium mushrooms, chopped finely
- 8 oz. bean sprouts
- 4 green onions, chopped finely
- 1 stalk celery, chopped finely
- 8 oz. cooked baby shrimp, ham or cooked pork, chopped
Directions

1In medium bowl, combine eggs, salt and pepper; beat until frothy.

2Finely chop mushrooms and saute in 1 tablespoon oil in small skillet.

3Cook mushrooms for 1 minute.

4Stir into egg mixture.

5Wash and drain bean sprouts (chop shrimp, if using). Mix sprouts, shrimp, ham or pork, chopped onions and celery into egg mixture.
