- 12 egg yolks
- 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) sugar
- 1 qt. milk
- 1/2 fifth light rum
- 1 qt. (four 1/2 pt.) heavy cream, stiffly whipped
Directions

1In a blender, beat the egg yolks until light.

2Add the sugar and beat until thick. Stir into a bowl or gallon jug.

3Add the milk and rum. Chill for 3 hours.

4Pour into punch bowl and fold in the whipped cream.

5Chill 1 hour longer.

6Before serving, dust with nutmeg.
