- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 egg shell full of water (twice)
- flour
Directions

1Beat egg, salt and water with beater until foamy.

2Add flour while stirring.

3Continue to add flour until dough will not stick to sides of bowl.

4Roll as thin as possible with rolling pin with plenty of flour.

5Cut with pizza cutter.

6Let lay until nearly dry.

7Have broth nicely seasoned and boiling.

8Drop in noodles and cook 15 to 20 minutes.

9(Putting noodles in just warm oven for 5 minutes will dry them out nicely.)
