- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 whole egg
- 5 egg yolks
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 Tbsp. cold water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Mix 1 cup flour, whole egg, yolks, butter, water and salt in a bowl.

2Stir.

3Knead dough working in remaining 1/4 cup flour. Cover with cloth and let rest for 30 minutes.

4Roll out dough 1/4 inch thick.

5Cut into thin pieces.

6Let dry for 30 minutes.

7To cook, bring 2 quarts salted water to boil.

8Add 1 Tbsp. butter and noodles.

9Return to boil

1015 - 20 minutes.

11Drain and serve.
