  • 5 c. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • milk

Directions

    Put egg in measuring cup and beat with a fork; add the vinegar and enough milk to make one cup.

    Add to dry ingredient mix.

    This makes 3 (2-crust) pies.
