  • 2 9/16 cups milk
  • 6 eggs
  • 5/8 cup sugar
  • caramel Liquid, to cover pan
  • 2 7/16 cups water

Directions

    In a bowl, add the milk, eggs, and sugar. Mix well.

    Grease a bundt cake pan with liquid caramel.

    Pour in the pudding, cover with aluminum foil, and then with paper towels (to absorb the water generated on top).

    Cook on the stove top in a water bath for 50 minutes, on medium heat.

    To check if the pudding is ready, just stick a toothpick in it to see if it comes out clean, if not, cook for a few more minutes.

    Let the pudding cool for at least 1 hour before refrigerating until serving.
