- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 qt. fresh strawberries or 16 oz. frozen berries, thawed and drained
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
- 1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust

1Beat cream cheese until smooth; gradually add sugar and beat well to mix.

2Beat in sour cream and vanilla until well mixed. Fold in Cool Whip until blended.

3Fold in berries. Spoon into crust and chill 4 hours or overnight.

4Garnish each piece with a whole berry.

5Double recipe for 9 x 13 pan.
