  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 lb. bean sprouts
  • 1 egg
  • 2 c. very fine cabbage
  • 1/2 c. very fine carrots
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 tsp. sesame oil
  • 1 tsp. sesame seed
  • 4 c. oil

    Blanch bean sprouts by submerging in 2 cups boiling water; drain.

    Plunge into 2 cups cold water; drain.
