- 1 1/4 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. shredded carrots
- 2 c. shredded cabbage
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 med. potato, shredded
- 1 med. onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. diced celery
- 1 tsp. Accent
Directions

1Brown ground beef and onion in a skillet.

2In a large bowl combine all vegetables and meat.

3Blend in Accent, blend in egg and soy sauce.

4Mix thoroughly.

5Put 2 Tbsp. of mixture on egg roll wrapper and roll up, brush ends of egg roll wrapper with water and corn starch mixture to seal well.

6Deep fry until nice and brown.
