  • 1 1/4 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. shredded carrots
  • 2 c. shredded cabbage
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 med. potato, shredded
  • 1 med. onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. diced celery
  • 1 tsp. Accent

Directions

    Brown ground beef and onion in a skillet.

    In a large bowl combine all vegetables and meat.
  3. 3
    Blend in Accent, blend in egg and soy sauce.
  4. 4
    Mix thoroughly.

    Put 2 Tbsp. of mixture on egg roll wrapper and roll up, brush ends of egg roll wrapper with water and corn starch mixture to seal well.

    Deep fry until nice and brown.
