- 1 pkg. egg roll skins (found in produce department)
Directions

1Cook ground beef.

2Season to taste.

3Drain peas and mash with potato masher until thick paste.

4Add to ground beef.

5Stir well. This is your filling.

6Your kids will not recognize the peas. Wrap in egg roll skins.

7(There are directions on the package.) Fry in oil until golden brown.
