  • 1 oz. pkg. clear noodles
  • 1 c. green onions
  • 2 c. onions
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground pork
  • 3 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 lb. carrots, shredded
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 lb. egg roll shells

Directions

    Mix all of the ingredients together, except egg roll shells. Separate egg roll shells.

    Take the mixed ingredients and put in near the edge of the shell.

    Fold opposite corners toward center, then roll shell, beginning at edge with mixed ingredients.

    Deep fry in 350° oil.
