- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1/4 c. Milk
- 2 tbsp. dry Mustard
- 1 lb. Ground Beef
- 1/3 c. Oats (uncooked)
- 1/4 c. Ketchup
- 1/4 c. Onion, finely chopped
Directions

1Stir Velveeta, milk and mustard in small saucepan over low heat until smooth.

2Reserve 3/4 c. cheese for sauce.

3Mix remaining ingredients and cheese in large bowl until blended. Shape into

5Bake for 40 minutes.
