- 1 lb. ground pork
- cabbage
- carrots
- onion
- 2 eggs
- soy sauce
- salt
- pepper
- 1 pkg. egg roll wrappers
Directions

1Brown ground pork in skillet with onion.

2Scramble eggs on side; then add to pork and onion.

3Stir in about 2 tablespoons of soy sauce.

4Keep warm on low heat.

5Bring a pot of water to a boil, when boiling, add shredded cabbage and carrots.

6Cook for 1 to 2 minutes (no more); then drain water.

7Add cabbage and carrots to pork mixture.

8Let simmer.

9Place wrapper on flat surface.

10Add about 1 or 2 tablespoons of mixture in center of wrapper.

11Fold and deep fry.
