- 1 bunch celery
- 1 head cabbage (nappa if available)
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1/2 lb. ground pork
- 1 can mushrooms (8 oz.)
- shrimp
- 2 pkg. egg roll skins
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- soy sauce to taste
- sesame oil drops
- garlic and onion powder
- 1 Tbsp. peanut butter
Directions

1Chop vegetables.

2Add pork and shrimp; saute until pork is cooked.

3Combine cornstarch, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, onion and peanut butter.

4Add to cooked vegetables for thickening.

5Put in egg roll skins (1 to 2 tablespoons).

6Use egg white to seal.
