Ingredients

  • 1 bunch celery
  • 1 head cabbage (nappa if available)
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1/2 lb. ground pork
  • 1 can mushrooms (8 oz.)
  • shrimp
  • 2 pkg. egg roll skins
  • 2 tsp. cornstarch
  • soy sauce to taste
  • sesame oil drops
  • garlic and onion powder
  • 1 Tbsp. peanut butter

Directions

    Chop vegetables.

    Add pork and shrimp; saute until pork is cooked.

    Combine cornstarch, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, onion and peanut butter.

    Add to cooked vegetables for thickening.

    Put in egg roll skins (1 to 2 tablespoons).

    Use egg white to seal.
