Ingredients

  • spring roll shells (comes in a pkg.)
  • meat (pork, chicken or shrimp), chopped and cooked
  • 1/2 c. white and 1/2 c. green onion, grated
  • 1 pkg. carrots, grated
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 pkg. Vietnamese noodles
  • 1 tsp. monosodium glutamate
  • 2 tsp. each black pepper and salt
  • 4 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 c. cabbage

Directions

    Mix cooked meat, onions, carrots, Vietnamese noodles, monosodium glutamate, pepper, salt, sugar and cabbage.

    Put into spring roll shell and roll up.

    Coat with eggs.

    Fry in skillet. Deep fry.
