  • 1/2 to 3/4 lb. ground pork
  • 1/2 lb. linguica sausage
  • 3 to 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 to 1 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 6 carrots
  • 3 stalks celery
  • 3 large handfuls bean sprouts
  • 2 cans water chestnuts
  • 1 can bamboo shoots
  • 1 pkg. egg roll wrappers

    Brown pork in skillet.

    Remove linguica from casing; chop and add to pork.

    Drain and add 2 tablespoons soy sauce and garlic powder.
