  • egg roll skins
  • 1 lb. ground beef, chicken or pork
  • 3 green onions, finely chopped
  • 4 mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 5 leaves Chinese cabbage, finely chopped
  • 1 lb. bean sprouts, cook in boiling water 5 seconds and chop finely
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper

Directions

    Cook ground beef and drain fat.

    Mix all ingredients together. Roll in egg skins and deep fry.
