Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. egg roll wraps (purchase in fresh produce department)
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • chicken pieces, tender sirloin or pork
  • 1/3 c. onion, chopped
  • 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 pkg. Oriental vegetables (frozen), thawed
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • Chinese noodles
  • lettuce salad

Directions

    Put 1 tablespoon oil in skillet; heat to medium-high heat. Cook meat on medium-high for a few minutes.

    Add onion, green pepper and Oriental vegetables to meat in skillet after the meat has cooked about 4 minutes.

    Stir often.

    Add soy sauce.
