  • 10 hard-cooked eggs
  • 1 green pepper, minced
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Serve on crisp greens or use for stuffing mushrooms, small tomatoes or any other vegetable which lends itself to stuffing.
