  • 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. salad dressing
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 dill pickle, cut in pieces
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 6 to 8 Spanish olives, cut in small pieces

    Peel and cut eggs in small pieces.

    Mix rest of ingredients and mix well.

    Use a little juice from pickle so dip is not too thick.

    Serve with crackers or small rye bread.
