  • 6 beaten eggs
  • 6 slices of bread, torn into pieces
  • 1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • diced onion and pepper to taste (optional)

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Put in a 9 x 9-inch casserole dish sprayed with Pam or greased.

    Let set overnight in refrigerator.

    Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350°.
