  • 1 1/2 lb. pork sausage, browned and drained
  • 9 eggs
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 3 slices bread
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

    Bring water to barely boiling.

    Break egg into a saucer; slide from saucer into the water.

    Cook just until whites are done. Heat Canadian bacon.
