- pinch of salt
- vanilla
- 3/4 c. white sugar
- 5 Tbsp. water
- 1 Tbsp. white corn syrup
Directions

1Boil the sugar, water and corn syrup until they spin a thread (approximately 5 minutes).

2Slowly add to the beaten egg whites. Add salt and vanilla.

3Beat until thick and shiny.

4I double this for an angel food cake.
