- 12 egg yolks
- 1 lb. fine sugar
- 1 pt. good bourbon
- 1/8 c. gin
- 1/8 c. vodka
- 1/8 c. good Scotch
- 2 pt. whipping cream
Directions

1Beat eggs and add sugar gradually so it will almost dissolve. Add slowly (gently) bourbon to which has been added gin, vodka and Scotch.

2Whip the cream to stiff peaks.

3Whip whites of 6 eggs and stir in slowly, but well, until whites seem to disappear.

4Let age for 2 days before serving.

5Relax and enjoy.
