- 6 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 pt. milk
- 1 pt. cream
- 1 c. rum or liquor
Directions

1Beat eggs yolks; add 1/2 cup sugar.

2Beat egg whites until stiff.

3Fold in 1/2 cup sugar.

4Mix gently white mixture with yolks.

5Stir in 1 pint each sour cream and milk.

6Slowly add 1 cup (liquor).

7Stir thoroughly.

8Serve cold with grated nutmeg.

9Makes 2 quarts.
