- 5 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg

1Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.

2Combine egg yolks and remaining ingredients; beat smooth.

3Fold in egg whites.

4Chill; pour into glasses.

5Sprinkle with additional nutmeg if desired. Makes 8 (6 ounce) servings.
