  • 2 eggs, separated
  • 1 (4 serving size) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 5 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg

Directions

    Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.

    Combine egg yolks and remaining ingredients; beat smooth.

    Fold in egg whites.

    Chill; pour into glasses.
