- 1 qt. heavy cream
- 1 qt. milk
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- dash of nutmeg
Directions

1Beat yolks of eggs; gradually add sugar, beating until thickened. Pour mixture in chilled bowl; place bowl on bed of ice. Whip the cream and milk.

2Add to egg yolks; set aside for a few minutes.

3Beat egg whites until stiff.

4Fold into yolk mixture. Add vanilla and nutmeg.
