- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 1 qt. milk
- 1 fifth rum
- 1 qt. heavy whipping cream
Directions

1Beat egg yolks until light in color.

2Add sugar and beat again.

3Stir in milk and rum. Chill 2 to 3 hours. Whip the cream, then fold into chilled mixture. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
