  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. butter, room temperature
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 1/2 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/3 cup half and half
  • 1/4 cup whipping cream
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. dark rum
  • 1 Tbsp. cognac
  • Freshly grated nutmeg

Directions

    Butter 9 in. springform pan.

    Combine crumbs, butter, sugar in small bowl and mix well.

    Pat crumb mixture over bottom and 3/4 up sides of prepared pan.
