- Cheesecake:
- 20 oz. cream cheese
- 2/3 c. heavy cream
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 t nutmeg
- 2 t vanilla
- 4 large eggs
- 3 T rum
- Topping:
- Heavy cream (optional)
- Cinnamon (optional)
