- 1 c. cold dairy or canned eggnog
- 1 pkg. (6 serving size) Jell-O vanilla flavor instant pudding and pie filling
- 1 Tbsp. rum or 1/4 tsp. rum extract
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 3 1/2 c. (8 oz.) Cool Whip topping, thawed
- 1 prepared (8 or 9-inch) graham cracker crust
Directions

1Pour cold eggnog into bowl.

2Add pie filling mix, rum and nutmeg.

3With electric mixer at low speed, beat until blended, about 1 minute.

4Let stand 5 minutes.

5Fold in 2 cups of whipped topping.

6Spoon into crust.

7Chill until firm, about 2 hours. Garnish with remaining whipped topping.

8Sprinkle with additional nutmeg, if desired.

9Makes one 9-inch pie.
