  • 4 medium fresh tomatoes (peeled and chopped) or 1 can tomatoes
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 2 Tbsp. onion (chopped)
  • 1/4 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
