- 1 large eggplant, peeled
- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. hamburger, drained
- 1 can spaghetti sauce
- 1 pkg. Feta cheese
- 1 large pkg. Mozzarella cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1 c. oil for frying
- flour
Directions

1Peel and slice eggplant, lengthwise.

2Roll in egg and flour. Place in pan with oil and fry until browned.

3Drain and alternate with cooked and drained hamburger, cheese and sauce in large baking dish.

4Place in 350° oven 25 to 30 minutes.

5Cool slightly and serve.

6Serve with garlic bread and tossed salad.
